Pangaia, a materials science company, has introduced its latest activewear collection: 365 Seamless Activewear. The collection emphasizes sustainability and performance. It features garments made entirely from biobased and renewable materials.
The collection uses Evo Nylon by Fulgar, made from castor beans and industrial corn. Evo Nylon is lightweight and thermoregulating. It is also non-toxic and environmentally friendly. The collection also incorporates Regen Bio Max elastane from Hyosung. This stretch fiber is made from 98% renewable resources, including corn-based feedstock.
Pangaia is the first brand to include Regen Bio Max elastane in a commercial activewear range. This fiber provides elasticity, recovery, and durability. It has a 27% lower carbon footprint and reduces ozone depletion by 82% compared to traditional spandex.
The garments are designed with seamless construction for a second-skin fit. The collection includes five styles: tank tops, zipped tops, leggings, and shorts. Colors available are Black, Gaia Blue, and Dewy Rose. These hues are inspired by earth, sky, and blooming nature.
Each piece is finished with Pangaia’s PPRMINT treatment. Derived from natural peppermint oil, this odour-control finish neutralizes bacteria and extends freshness between washes.
The 365 Seamless Activewear collection aims to rival traditional synthetic performance wear. It demonstrates that technical performance, comfort, and environmental responsibility can coexist. The collection promotes sustainable fashion choices by reducing reliance on fossil fuels and using renewable fabrics.
