Arvind Fashions Ltd (AFL) reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 93 crore ($10.9 million) for the March 2025 quarter, as against a net profit of Rs 24 crore in the same period last year.

The company’s revenue for the quarter rose by 9 percent to Rs 1,189 crore, as against Rs 1,094 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
For the full financial year, Arvind Fashions reported a net loss of Rs 36 crore on a sales revenue of Rs 4,620 crore.
Commenting on the results, Shailesh Chaturvedi, managing director CEO of Arvind Fashions in a statement said, “FY25 results reflect sharp execution of Company’s strategic plans and consistent financial performance across the brands leading to an improvement in all KPIs, while demand environment remained muted. Our mantra of profitable growth has helped in achieving the milestone of ROCE crossing 20%.”
“Moving forward, we will continue to accelerate our retail & online presence and expect demand environment to improve fuelling our aspiration of high-quality profitable growth,” he added.
